Covid-19 info

In response to the COVID-19 situation, we have temporarily adjusted our services.

Following the advice of RIVM (Dutch National Health Department), we will work in shifts to limit the number of contact moments. For this reason, we might be less accessible by phone, so we request that you send us your orders via as much as possible.

Shipment of your order
We do our very best to ship your orders a.s.a.p. but due to these measures we cannot always guarantee this. We ask for your understanding.

Plesse make sure we can deliver your orders to your location. Packages that are shipped and cannot be delivered due to closure of the receiving party are automatically returned by the carrier, at a return cost. If this is the case with your order, we are currently required to charge these costs to you. This is an additional condition to our terms and conditions.

Is your reception location closed, please inform us about an alternative address or wait before placing your order.
