We do our very best to have your orders at your location the a.s.a.p. but due to these measures we cannot always guarantee this. We ask for your understanding.

Plaese make sure we can deliver your orders to your location. Packages that are shipped and cannot be delivered due to closure of the receiving party are automatically returned by the carrier, at a return cost. If this is the case with your order, we are currently required to charge these costs to you. This is an additional condition to our terms and conditions.

If your reception location is closed, please inform us about an alternative address or wait before placing your order.
