Additional delivery conditions during the corona crisis COVID-19.
Due to current disruptions, we inform you that all packages that are shipped and not delivered due to recipient closure are systematically returned by the carrier with return costs. If this is the case, we will have to charge you these costs. So make sure you are open before we ship your packages.
By placing an order you accept this additional condition.

We ship our parcel freight with Greuter Logistics. If you order before 3 p.m. and your ordered items are in stock, your order will be shipped the same day. When you order pipes from us, the shipping time may be slightly longer due to longitudinal freight. Transit times will very per destination and carrier.
You can return goods if you observe the conditions below. You can register your return by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating:
- Our Ordernumber
- Order date
- Item number and quantity you want to return
- The reason for return
A. Goods that are not eligible for return
● Tailored items for you
● Damaged goods or goods that have been assembled
● Goods whose packaging is damaged, contaminated or missing in its entirety
● Goods that cannot be proven to have been delivered by Groot Techniek
B. Time limit
The return shipment will be processed by Groot Techniek, provided that the goods have been returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
1. Deliveries not carried out in accordance with a written order can be exchanged or credited within 14 days of the delivery date, without costs.
2. Incorrectly ordered goods can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that the conditions referred to under point a do not apply.
3. After approval by Groot Techniek, the goods must be in its possession within 14 days, after which crediting will follow
4. Shipping costs incurred are not for the account of Groot Techniek, provided point C 1 does not apply.
